The egg tray machine production line mainly consists of three systems: pulping, molding, and drying. First, the pulping system processes recycled waste paper in the pulping pool, where it is uniformly pulped and adjusted as needed. Then, the molding system transports the prepared pulp through pipelines to the egg tray machine, where it is vacuum-formed using specific molds. Finally, the drying system dries the wet egg trays to ensure they are completely dry. Some production lines are also equipped with an automatic stacking system and a wastewater recovery system to enhance automation and environmental performance.
1. Raw material processing: First, pour waste paper (such as waste newspapers, waste corrugated paper, etc.) into the pulper for pulping. After processing, these waste papers can become the raw materials of egg trays.
2. Pulp preparation: The beaten pulp flows into the pulp storage tank through the pulp delivery pipe. After being fully stirred, the pulp pump sends the pulp to the box of the egg tray machine. At this time, the concentration of the pulp needs to be adjusted to 0.5%-1%.
3. Mold shaping: The pulp is sent to the pulp molding machine, and the pulp is adsorbed on the mold by vacuum suction, and dehydrated and formed by the vacuum pump to form a wet paper egg tray.
4. Drying and shaping: The wet paper egg tray is sent to the drying equipment for drying, usually using a hot air oven, until the egg tray is completely dried and shaped.
