Working Principle
The biomass briquette production line included a feeding conveyor, dryers, briquettes, and discharging machine, and the operation of distribution cabinets.
The dried biomass such as straw, grass, and wood chips are put into the cutting or grinding machine to be fiber. The fiber length is less than 50mm. The moisture content is between 12% and 25%. The feeding conveyor sends material into the feed port. Through the spindle rotation to drive the roller rotation, and then through the rotation of the roller, the material was extruded by a nubby shape from the horizontal hole. and falling the discharging port. Process flow of biomass briquette production line:
Raw material preparation: The collected raw materials are pre-treated, including removing impurities, adjusting humidity, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processing. The raw materials also need to be chopped or crushed to reach a particle size suitable for pelletizing.
Drying: The wet material is dried by drying equipment to reduce its moisture content to an appropriate level.

Cooling: The newly formed biomass pellets are cooled to prevent them from re-absorbing moisture or deforming.
Screening: Unqualified pellets are removed through screening equipment to improve the quality of finished pellets.
Packaging: Qualified biomass pellets are packaged for easy transportation and storage.
